Delivery – Physical Products

Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products are supplied as instant downloads once payment has been successfully completed, and you will have a 48 hour window in within which to download your files.
No physical item will be sent.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable software and equipment to use the files.

Digital File Licensing (SVGs & Templates)
Unless otherwise stated, all digital files (including SVGs, templates, and design files) are supplied under the following licence terms:

Digital Downloads – Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a genuine technical issue (such as a corrupted or incorrect file), please contact us and we will assist where possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds – Physical Products
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return physical items within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
