Delivery – Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products are supplied as instant downloads once payment has been successfully completed, and you will have a 48 hour window in within which to download your files.
No physical item will be sent.
It is your responsibility to download the files.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable software and equipment to use the files.

Delivery – Physical Products
Physical items are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 from the UK at a flat rate.
Processing times are stated on product pages.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the postal service.
At present, orders are shipped within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.
