Licensing & Terms
These Licensing & Terms apply to all digital products sold by Tilly & Tyke Designs (including SVG, DXF, PNG and related files). By purchasing or downloading any digital file from this shop or website, you agree to the terms below.
All artwork remains the copyright of Tilly & Tyke Designs.
Licence Options
Each design is offered with three licence choices. Please select the licence that best suits your intended use.
Personal Licence, for personal, unlimited non‑commercial use only.
You may:
Create physical handmade items for yourself
Create gifts for friends and family
You may not:
Sell any items made using these files
Share, resell, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any format
Upload the files to any file‑sharing, marketplace, or print‑on‑demand platform
Use the files to create digital products of any kind
Limited Commercial Licence (up to 150 items), for small handmade business use.
You may:
Create and sell up to 150 physical handmade items using this design
Sell finished handmade items in small quantities (e.g. Etsy, craft fairs, markets, or your own website)
You may not:
Exceed 150 items without upgrading to an Extended Commercial Licence
Sell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any format
Use the files for print‑on‑demand services
Use the files to create digital products
Upload the files to any third‑party platforms
General Terms (Applies to All Licences)
All designs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Tilly & Tyke Designs
This licence grants you the right to create physical handmade items only, under the terms of your chosen licence
Digital files may not be shared, resold, gifted, sublicensed, or redistributed in any form
Files may not be claimed as your own or altered and resold as new designs
You may not create or sell digital products using these files
You may not upload the files to any print‑on‑demand, template, or file‑sharing platforms
About Handmade Items
All finished items must be handmade by you or your small business. Mass production, factory production, or automated print‑on‑demand services are not permitted under any licence.
Alterations & Customisation
You may resize, recolour, or adapt the files for your own projects and finished physical items.
However:
Altered files may not be resold or redistributed
You may not create new digital products derived from these designs
Credit & Attribution
Credit is not required but is always warmly appreciated. If you wish, you may credit:
“Design by Tilly & Tyke Designs”
Licence Upgrades
If you reach the item limit of a Limited Commercial Licence, you must upgrade to an Extended Commercial Licence before continuing production. Please contact us.
Refunds & Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you experience any technical issues or file errors, please contact us and we will happily help.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
